The White Cedar Inn in Freeport is putting together some gift baskets full of Maine Made (and very local) products for their guests to purchase while staying at the Inn. The idea was put together by Inn keeper extraordinaire, Monica. She wanted to have some items on hand for those guest that need a quick gift while on vacation or wanted to bring some Maine home with them. I am very happy that Monica contacted me for my soap samplers as part of her gift basket!

I use to live in Farmington, Maine! After graduating from college I worked for a non-profit that worked to protect the natural, scenic, cultural and historic resources of four counties. Part of my work was promoting Maine products which included businesses, artists, writers and farmers. I miss Maine! Your soap sounds absolutely heavenly! Trina
Hi Trina, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. What a small world it is sometimes! Maine products are going strong...we have lots of small businesses and lots of Farmers Markets embraced by the communities we live in. We're all just waiting on summer.....
